01

Context and problem

An internal project at Wunderman Thompson: a mobile-first web app for a company wine tasting. Guests read interesting facts about each wine, see on a map where it comes from, note which ones they liked the most and, at the end, order their favourites.

A web app brings different challenges than a native one: loading speed, how much content to show at once, and loading issues in mobile browsers.

Key decision

  1. 01

Rate and order in one place

    Problem
Guests taste many wines and need to remember which ones they liked.
    Decision
Every wine on the list has a star rating, a quantity selector and the order button right next to it.
    Why
By the end of the tasting, the order is already put together.

The best part

When the project was finished, I even got a wine bottle. Nice!
