What I did
Designed the mobile-first ordering experience, from uploading photos through the editor to the finished order, and tested it with users.

01
Context and problem
A website where people upload their photos, adjust them in a simple online editor and order them printed on canvas, as a poster or as classic photos for an album.
The goal was a site anyone can use, where the whole process is fast but still robust enough to offer all the edits people expect.
02
Key decisions
- 01
Mobile first
- Problem
- Ordering had to work just as well on a tram or while waiting for a train as it does at a desk.
- Decision
- I designed the whole flow for the phone first, then scaled it up to larger screens.
- Why
- If ordering works on a small screen with little time, it works everywhere.
- 02
Only the essentials in every step
- Problem
- A full set of edits can easily overwhelm someone who just wants their photos printed.
- Decision
- Every step shows only the essential information.
- Why
- Nobody gets overwhelmed, and the process stays fast.
